VSS NL_MDIF model
This project demonstrates:
1. The use of the VSS NL_MDIF block to read in a P2D file
2. The use of SWPVAR blocks to sweep the two vairables, vgate and temp, found in the P2D file.
3. The use of a SWPVAR to sweep the power level of the signal driving the NL_MDIF model
RFB measurements are used to measure AMtoAM and NF.
NL_MDIF uses a disk based file. The file used by the block must be placed in the same directory as the project. Please read the element help for NL_MDIF.
