The purpose of this article is to help you understand how we process and maintain product licenses of optional third party software on your behalf.
When you first purchase software with third party software, we email the AWR license file along with installation instructions. We include license files and installation instructions from any third party software purchased. We recommend you archive the information on the installation process.
When you purchase a third party software product from us, we acquire and manage that third party software license separately under your account on your behalf. We do this because we are your point of contact for that third party software product purchase and the license we obtain from the third party software vendor often has an expiration date that differs from that of the AWR license that we generate.
Subsequent license updates may include only the specific license (AWR or third party software) that is changed or expiring. You can always download your current license(s).
Log in to the AWR Downloads page with your username and password.
At the top of the screen, choose My Account > Customer Info.
Scroll down until you find the License Details section.
Find the license you want and click on the number in the License ID column to download that file.

- How you manage multiple FlexLM license files in your environment is personal preference. Understanding and explaining the management of multiple FlexLM license files is beyond the scope of this article.
- If you need a new license due to a change of HostID or your license is expiring, please direct your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that our Support Team is NOT able to generate new licenses and your request will be delayed by them having to forward your request to our Licensing Team.
