The Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) allows AWR Corporation to refine our customers’ use of the AWR Design Environment (the Software) by providing us with information about what you use in the Software. We use the aggregate of this information to improve the products and features customers use most often, and to improve the overall quality of the Software. If you opt into this program, certain information will be collected about your use of the Software and the information will be periodically sent to us. Participation in the program is voluntary but encouraged, as the more information we have the better we can address our customers’ needs in the future. No design information (schematic, layout, netlist, data file, system diagram, or EM layout) is collected as part of this program. During Software use, CEIP collects only the counts of commands, models, and measurements used; simulation document types, and Process Design Kit (PDK) names. The following is an example:
