Problem

Does AWRDE have libraries of layout cells for package artwork such as SOT, SOJ, SOP, Standard Chip Components

Solution

AWR has layout cells for packages mentioned in different sizes and configurations. These layout cells are GDSII files located in the directory where you have AWRDE installed such as C:\Program Files (x86)\AWR\AWRDE\.... You can access these cells using the Layout tab by right-clicking Cell Libraries > Import GDSII Library and browse to AWRDE > XXX > Examples where XXX is AWRDE version.
