This test bench project can be used to measure the performance of RF components or sub-systems designed for LTE Uplink transmitters.
This test bench includes:
System Diagrams:
LTE_UL_TX_Testbench - the test bench setup. The specific DUT design may be added as a sub-circuit (system diagram) or linked via the NL_S block (circuit schematic)
LTE_UL_TX_Testbench_Display - embeds all graphs into one display
Graphs
- ACPR vs Output Power: ACPR of 1st and 2nd adjacent channel. Channel bandwidths and offsets are defined in the measurement settings.
- AM to AM: AM to AM characteristic of the DUT. Graph shows instantaneous AM to AM, operating power level and the reference AM to AM characteristic of the device (measured prior to simulation).
- CCDF: CCDF measured at the input and output of the DUT to show compression applied to the signal.
- EVM vs Output Power: Average EVM vs signal power measured at the output of the DUT.
- IQ Constellation: Normalized IQ constellations of data and control channels. Reference IQ is also shown for comparison.
- Power Levels: Power levels measured at the input and output of the DUT.
- Spectrum: Signal spectrum measured at the input and output of the DUT.
