The procedure for requesting AWR support has changed. Please read all about

Starting in the AWR Version 15 release, holding down the Shift key and using keyboard arrows nudges the marker in the direction indicated. Use the left/right arrows for vertical line markers and the up/down arrows for horizontal line markers.
For example, see the simple graph with a line marker
Selecting the marker, holding down the Shift key and the right arrow moves the marker to the right by 10 MHz.
