The AWR Design Environment documentation is available in multiple places.

1.  The AWR Design Environment comes with *.chm files for the documentation that is available from the Help menu, from Help buttons on dialog or by pressing the F1 key where ever you are in the software.   
2. The same documentation set are available online and listed below.
3. The PDF versions of the documentation are available for download below.
