Version 15 of the AWR Design Environment adds the ability to graphically add optimization or yield goals graphically.
To show an example, see the graph below.

After selecting this option, the cursor will display a drawing tool.
Click the start and end point endpoint of the optimization goal.
After the second click, the New Optimization Goal dialog box opens to finish configuring the goal.
The goal is finished added after the OK button is pressed.
