Your company might have both locked and floating licenses. You can register with either HOSTID to get support. Please use the procedure described under Floating License, above to determine which license you are using.
License Entitlement Change
Your type of license might change over time. If you have registered using one type (locked or floating above), if your entitlement type changes, the next time you log in, you will be prompted to enter your new HOSTID value. Please find the right type above and enter that new number to continue being able to access the system and submit support cases.
