Utility to easily remove schematics, system diagrams, EM structures, graphs, data files, output equation documents, optimization goals and yield goals.

Installation

Prerequisites

Python

Python with an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) must be installed. Please see this link for a basic IDE along with Python installation instructions. For more advanced Python users, this link or this link are alternatives for IDE and Python installation instructions.

PyQt

The graphical user interface for the script uses the PyQt5 package. Once Python is installed, the pip Python package installer can be used to install PyQt. In a command window, type:

pip install pyqt5

Script Installation

Download and extract this .zip file: AWRDE_CleanUp.zip

Ensure all files are in the same directory. AWRDE_CleanUp.py is the main Python script where as the other file is for the graphical user interface

Starting the Script

Follow the instructions in this link on Running a Python Script. Select AWRDE_CleanUp.py

The script reads the schematics, system diagrams, EM structures, graphs, data files, output equation documents, optimization goals and yield goals. Select the documents to be removed and click Remove Items. If changes are made to the AWRDE project, click Refresh to re-read all the documents
